Denpasar - The Commander in Chief of Kodam IX/Udayana today Monday (21/8/2023) was officially handed over from the old official Major General TNI Sonny Aprianto, S.E., M.M., to his replacement Major General TNI Harfendi, S.l.P., M.Sc., in a The Sertijab Ceremony of 14 High Army Officers led directly by the Kasad, General TNI Dr. Dudung Abdhurachman at Headquarters, Jakarta.
In a written release in Denpasar, on Monday (21/8/2023). Kapendam IX/Udayana Colonel Inf Fadjar Moh. Syafrudin, S.Sos., said that after carrying out the Sertijab at the Indonesian Army Headquarters today, on Tuesday (22/8/2023) and Wednesday (23/8/2023) a series of traditional events for accepting and releasing Regional Military Command Officers will be held.
"It is planned that Tuesday (22/8/2023), the Military Commander IX/Udayana Major General Harfendi, S.l.P., M.Sc., upon arrival at I Gusti Ngurah Rai International Airport, Badung Regency, Bali will be greeted through a traditional plain flour event. Then on Wednesday (23/8/2023) at Makodam IX/Udayana, a series of traditional events were held to welcome and greet the Regional Military Commander IX/Udayana," explained Kapendam.
The replacement of Pangdam IX/Udayana officials was carried out in accordance with the Decree of the TNI Commander Number Kep/779/VII/2023 concerning dismissal from and appointment to positions within the TNI, where Pangdam IX/Udayana Major General TNI Harfendi, S.l.P., M.Sc., previously served as Koorsahli TNI Commander.
Meanwhile, Maj. Gen. TNI Sonny Aprianto, S.E., M.M., who can be said to be the Mover of Kodam IX/Udayana during his tenure as Regional Commander IX/Udayana with seven flagship programs of Kodam IX/Udayana was embodied in the Miniature of the Indonesian Army's Superior Internship Program, then received the honor of being Asintel Commander of the Indonesian Armed Forces.
